PM Shehbaz announces Rs1bn development package for Mansehra district – Pakistan

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif announced on Sunday a package of Rs 1 billion for the Mansehra region, which he said will be used to address the civic problems the region faces.

He made the announcement while speaking at a rally in Mansehra. The award also announced that it would provide free laptops to students who occupy top positions in the district’s schools, colleges and universities.

The prime minister vowed to transform the KP into Punjabi in terms of development, urging people to decide whether to support men or not.”[famous for] U-turning, lying, and not controlling inflation,” or Nawaz Sharif said he started many more development projects during his tenure.

Prime Minister Shevaz added that the government has announced plans to subsidize 80 million people to alleviate “pain and suffering”.

He accused former Prime Minister Imran Khan of freezing gasoline and diesel prices after learning that the government’s resignation was imminent. “It was a trap he set for the next government.”

He said he would make Pakistan progressive “despite what Imran did to the economy.”

‘Imran urged Nawaz to announce an election date,’ asserts Maryam.

Earlier at the same event, PML-N’s vice president, Maryam Nawaz, claimed that Imran had contacted her father Nawaz Sharif “through the people” and urged him to announce an election date in exchange for a proposal to cancel the long march.

“Nawaz Sharif flatly rejected it,” Maryam said.

Maryam also said the PTI director was “hiding” in Peshawar out of fear of arrest. “The man is using all the national resources of the KP for a long march and wasting taxpayer money.”
