Fan takes on-field selfie with Virat Kohli in security breach at Test – Sport

Three fans broke through security at Bangalore’s M Chinnaswamy Stadium on Sunday to take a selfie with Indian superstar cricketer Virat Kohli, and one returned successfully.

Kohli slipped for the first time during the final session of Day 2 of the pink ball test against Sri Lanka when three youngsters ran down the pitch to hug a player.

A group of security officers were pursued, eventually subduing the youngsters and dragging them out of the arena as the crowd clapped and clapped.

Kohli was embarrassed by the sudden intrusion, but still signaled not to get too close due to the bubble protocol, but accepted the fans’ request.

The crowd welcomed Kohli with big applause whenever the star hitter appeared at the home ground of his IPL team, Royal Challengers Bangalore.

The 33-year-old Collie is often admired for touching a fan’s foot before taking a selfie during a 2018 Indian Premier League match.
